Mina Rashid is one of Dubai’s historic sites, and a lovely one at that. While its located on Bur Dubai side, but it practically stretches into Deira. Dh25 billion plan has been announced to transform this massive seafront area.
The famous QE2 luxury liner is now permanently parked here as a 13-deck floating hotel.
The transformation will be overseen by a joint venture between DP World owned P&O Marinas and Emaar.
