A joint project of Emaar and Meeras, Dubai Hills Estate is an investment opportunity that makes all the sense.
Shadi Zand wrote in Khaleej Times Real Estate article “Buyers can expect enduring property value and desirability.”
He talks about an investor who had invested in multiple off-plan villas located in Emaar’s Meadows years ago at exceptionally low rates but out of uncertainty about the future he sold off most of them, retaining only two units.
“There is nothing there, it is all sand,” he’d said. But when Springs, Meadows, The Lakes and Emirates Hills in Emirates Living area completed, he regretted offloading the villas as their values had shot up like anything. Meadows became a veritable central suburb.
Emaar in collaboration with Meraas has announced Dubai Hills Estate. The community to be built around a large golf course in Umm Suqeim Road, which like their earlier Emirates Living district, includes housing from luxury villas in the Dh30 million range to mid-range villas, townhouses and apartments for as little as Dh1 million. The development is located north of Emirates Living, just inland from Al Barsha, promising to become a next generation version of their very successful formula.
